Choosing an API to Collect Order Data

Kornit X has 2 available API’s that work within this use case

Generic API Supplier Integration - Allows an endpoint to be provided to which ORDER level data is passed in JSON format.

Generic API Production Integration - Allows an endpoint to be provided to which JOB level data is passed in JSON format.

The main difference between these is the artwork provided, if the fulfiller requires outputs from Kornit X that have gone through any of our RIP or batched artwork generations then the Generic API production integration should be used. The supplier integration runs before any other processes and does not contain Job level information.
